Job Title: Building Maintenance Mechanic
Job Duties: Perform work invloving skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical or the structure of building repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting HVAC maintenance; insulating, welding, machining carpentry, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors or stairs. Perform other related duties as maybe assigned.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Must have a High School/GED Diploma or its equivalent with three (3) months previous work related experience, skills and knowledge. Must be able to lift 45 lbs. and can work on a flexible time or early morning shift. Will consider foreign equivalent of High School/GED Diploma.

Comments: Anticipated schedule of work hours is 7:00am to 2:00pm. Workers are offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday of employment up to the expiration of contract. Workers will be provided transportation & subsistence while traveling from the worker's origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation & subsistence to the point of hire at the conclusion of the job opportunity.
