Job Duties: | Job Summary: The Systems Administrator II - Security Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to the IT&E telecommunications and networking systems, planning, analyzing, recommending, and supporting company’s computer systems and networks, including, but not limited to, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Linux, Windows servers, Data and Voice communication lines, operating systems, B/OSS System, and other types of software; provides assistance to client staff on difficult problems. Will also participate in the design and planning of infrastructure to support new applications and technologies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Employee will: 1. Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization 2. Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes. 3. Has a knowledge of administering and maintaining Active Directory domains and forests, as well as adding new users to existing domains or forests. 4. Has knowledge of understating and implementing GPO. 5. Knows how to administer and maintain Active Directory Federation Services. 6. Administer and maintain Hyper-V and VMware High Availability (HA) Server Cluster. 7. Install and configure either managed or unmanage network switches and other network equipment. 8. Install and maintain copper and fiber cabling for server and network hardware. 9. Knowledgeable in managing user accesses, policies, and licenses on Office 365. 10. Maintain and secure web and intranet sites. 11. Knowledgeable in managing and configuring internal and external DNS servers. 12. Create, maintain, and update IT SOPs. 13. Defines and maintain user access levels such as system applications, network monitoring systems and other middleware applications. 14. Maintaining a database of all users in the organization and their respective rights and privileges within the network. 15. Analyze, maintain, and monitor servers and network activity. 16. Maintain and monitor anti-virus/EDR, suggest security strategies and policies. 17. Mitigate and resolve EDR threat incidents. 18. Knowledgeable in managing data back-up, data restore, disaster recovery and storage management. 19. Provide backup and support for BSS/OSS, Prepaid and Long-Distance System 20. Able to install and provide support for security camera and RFID reader hardware and software. 21. Administer OS patches and maintain regular updates for both internal and managed IT Services. 22. Analyze and resolve complex end-user escalation incidents or issues and troubleshooting from other IT support staff; escalate to the vendor as necessary. 23. Install, configure, and test hardware and software on new or existing devices for managed IT customers. 24. Provide appropriate access to applications, systems, and data to managed IT customers. 25. Maintain advanced troubleshooting principles, practices, and procedures to manage IT customers. 26. Support system and network installations, upgrades, and other maintenance activities for managed IT customers. 27. Work on assigned team projects as needed. 28. Performs other related duties as assigned. |

Work Experience: Three or more years of progressively responsible experience in data communication networks in LAN and WAN, operating systems, network, and systems security.
