| Job Duties: | Operating Wave Jungle entrance screening/ management (issuing tickets, checking tickets, preventing unauthorized access, etc. Meeting and greeting guests. Providing information and guidance to guests. Receiving and resolving guest complaints (in cooperation with the Front Desk Team. Managing daily cash flow; reporting daily sales (daily sales reports) and depositing cash sales. Other duties as instructed by the supervisor, Team Manager or other hotel management. Entertain and socialize with young guests in the Water Park and the Pororo Park as well as ensuring a safe environment. |
