| Job Duties: | Perform work involving repair and maintenance of the residential units own by Mb Tech Micronesia, LLC. Duties may involve pipe fitting; carpentry; repair electrical; and repairing buildings, floors or stairs. - Paint and repairs roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodworking, plaster, drywall, and other parts of the building structures, as needed. -Estimate repair cost if there are any units requiring repair. Lay brick to repair and maintain buildings, walls arches and other structures, as needed. Perform routine preventive maintenance on a periodic basis. -Assemble, install, and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems and plumbing, as needed. Maintain all the residential units at its livable condition which also involves grass cutting and trash collections around the premises |
