| Job Duties: | -Offer to prospective customers print services based on customers' needs and interest; -Discuss with prospective customers available print services offered, including the available materials to be used to print the materials needed; -Prepare sales contract and other necessary documents to finalize the sales; -Answer customers' questions about printing and advertising services the company offers; -Contact regular and prospective customers to offer or sell advertising space in the newspaper; -Recommend printing products and advertising services to customers; -Perform administrative duties such as preparing sales budgets and reports, and keeping sales records; -Provide product samples, catalogs or promotional literature to customers; -Consult with clients after sales or contract signing, to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support; -Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences; -Participate in biddings, provide materials, prepare estimates, and submit proposals that meet specific customer needs ; -Offer print services to prospective customer describing the print options and materials to be used in printing; -Recommend print and other services to customers based on customers' needs and interests; -Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates; -Answer customers' questions about print and advertising services offered, availability, payment and credit terms; -Plan or make recommendations regarding campaign and promotional programs, and advertising to boost sales. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is TEMPORARY, FULL TIME. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION and SUBSISTENCE to the work while travelling from employees origin to the place of employment, as well as provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.
