| Job Duties: | Perform work involving repair and maintenance of the residential units owned by MB Tech Micronesia, LLC. Duties may involve pipe fitting; carpentry; repairing electrical; and repairing buildings, floors or stairs. Paint and repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, and other parts of the building structures, as needed. Estimate repair cost if there are any units requiring repairs. Lay bricks to repair and maintain buildings, wall arches, and other structures, as needed. Perform routine preventive maintenance on a periodic basis. Assemble, install, and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, and plumbing, as needed. Maintain all the residential units in their livable condition which also involves grass cutting and trash collection around the premises. |
