| Job Duties: | Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending pumice and boiler, performing routine maintaining activities, and notifying management of the need for repairs and debris from the sidewalk.. Service clean or supply restrooms, clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming. Gather and empty trash. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. Clean windows, glass partitions or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeezers. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems, requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment. Strip seal, finish and polish floors. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. Steam clean or shampoo carpets. Move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies, either manually or with hand trucks. Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours. Clean laboratory equipment, such as glassware or metal instruments, using solvents, brushes, rags or power cleaning equipment.Mow or trim lawns or shrubbery, using mowers or hand or power trimmers and clear debris from grounds.. Set up, arrange o remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders or scaffolding to prepare facilities for events, such as banquets or meeting. Make djustment or minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing or electrical system. Clean and restore building interiors damaged by fire. Spray insecticides or fumigants to prevent insect or rodent infestation.Drive vans or other vehicles required to travel to or perform, cleaning work. |

Works with less supervision. Must possess technical knowledge on operating both hand and powered cleaning tools and equipment. with 6 months work experience, CNMI drivers license required and will be applied equally to both U S workers and CW 1 workers. One month training. |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary full time position. Workdays: Monday to Friday: Work hours 8 am to 4 pm. With this position the employer also offers three fourths guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655 423 (f) wherein three fourths is defined as an offer to workers full time employment for a total number of work equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of each 12 week period ( or 6 week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days). Transportation and Subsistence Costs. If the Employee completes 50% of the work contract the Employer will be provide or reimburse the workers transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and Subsistence costs will be paid by the Employer if the Employee completes work period covered by the work contract or when the worker dismissed earlier. |
