| Job Duties: | Can learn and operate special tools and maintenance equipment, collect trash and empty waste baskets, trash bins, and ash trays and transfer to assigned or designated disposal area. clean rugs, carpets furniture and fixtures and wash or vacuum and/or shampoo if necessary scrub. dust polish furniture and fixtures including windows doors walls and ceiling maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the whole assigned area, including function and public or common areas check, pick up and replenish supplies and transfer tools materials and equipment from storage to work or assigned areas do maintain ground clean up to include sweeping and cutting, trimming of plants, observe precautionary and safety measures required to protect the management clients customers guest to report any missing or items found for proper turn and accountability to the management to assist/attend to clients or customers needs and request to do all other job related works as deemed necessary o as requested by the management and/or customers. |
