Job Title: | Banquet Supervisor |
Job Duties: | Ensure that all events are executed flawlessly by managing and training the banquet staff while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Work closely with the catering sales manager to develop creative menus and floor plans that meet the specific needs of each client. Manage the set-up and break-down of all banquet functions in accordance with company standards. Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor banquet staff performance and take corrective action when necessary. Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain accurate records of all banquet functions. Monitor banquet supplies and equipment and place orders as necessary. Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) in a timely and accurate manner. Assist in the development and implementation of new banquet procedures and services. Participate in pre-event and post-event meetings as required. Perform other duties as assigned. |

Qualification Requirements: | Proven experience as banquet supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry. excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and multitask. Must be able to obtain Food Handlers Permit. |
