Job Duties: | Operates various mechanized cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, polishers, buffers, etc., maintain facility in a sanitary and infection-free condition through washing, cleaning and replacement of equipment furnishings, requires working in damp, dusty and dirty areas, must clean up human waste and other body fluids, as required, responsible for disposal of trash, waste and other disposable materials, must handle various cleaning solvents, chemicals, etc., damp dust furniture, light fixtures, windows, etc., empty trash containers daily, wet mop floor and bathrooms daily, damp mob all corridor floors, lobby and others daily, report any needed repairs immediately, check entire area for spills, water, etc., periodically, especially in patients’ areas and lobby, use safety precautions in all housekeeping services, , is required to maintain and clean in an orderly manner the Business, Dr.’s, Accounting, Billing and Clinic Manager’s offices. |

Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time beginning October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024. The employer will make deductions from employee’s paycheck as required by law. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: The employer guarantees to offer each employee employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. If a worker voluntarily abandons employment or is terminated for a cause, the employer is not required to guarantee three-fourths of the work contract. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker voluntary abandoned of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. |
