| Job Duties: | Install and repair refrigerating systems, adjust or replace worn or defective mechanisms and parts and reassembles repaired system; Troubleshoot post-mix machines, ice maker, freezer, chiller or clients & customers; Troubleshoot air condition system of the company office/building and company vehicles; Discuss and address system malfunctions with supervisor, identify and recommend resolution; Prepares and submit company required job order report; parts order and keeps good record of the same; Conducts preventive maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, coolers, freezers and other mechanical Equipment, including but not limited to inventory of parts and services needed; Repairs or troubleshoot electronic devices in the office and properties of company affiliates (e.g. microwave oven, signage, fire alarm, telephone lines, etc.) Performs other related duties, special projects or responsibilities as assigned. |
