Job Duties: | Establish chart of accounts, and assign entries to proper account. Check and verify source of documents such as invoices and receipts. Prepare daily sales report in excel format and enter data to the company's accounting system general ledger. Analyze account data to be posted to generate financial reports. Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable. Send statement of accounts to customer after the month end. Contact customers to notify them of delinquent accounts and accept payments made at the time of contact. Assemble and review vendor's invoices for posting using proper codes. Scheduling and preparing checks for payment to vendors and disburses petty cash by recording entry and verifying documents. Prepare and perform daily bank deposits. Prepare and perform monthly bank reconciliation. Maintain complete filing system to support financial records such as copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence. Answer order, inquiries, questions or request from customers in person, on the phone or by email. Performs any other duties as assigned. |

Qualification Requirements: | KNOWLEDGE OF GENERAL ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES. ANALYTICAL, COMMUNICATION AND COMPUTER SKILLS. UNDERSTANDING OF MATHEMATICS AND ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL PROCESSES. KNOWLEDGE OF BOOKKEEPING SOFTWARE.MUST HAVE ASSOCIATE'S DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING AND AT LEAST 24 MONTHS BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY WITHIN A BUSINESS SERVICES ENVIRONMENT. APPLICANTS MUST PASS SKILL TEST DURING THE APPLICATION PROCESS (TOTAL PASSING SCORE IS 89%) THE SKILL TESTING AND COMPREHENSION EXAM ARE REQUIRED EQUALLY OF BOTH US AND FOREIGN WORKERS. |

Comments: | The place of employment will be at Susupe, Saipan. Applicants will be reasonably expected to reside within the area of the place of employment to perform the services or labor as advertised. Overtime hours will be applicable at 1.5 x the rate indicated on the JVA. The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck as required by law, as well as other deductions for selected employee benefits, including health, vision, dental, life insurance and 401 (K) subject to each company’s conditions. The employer guarantees under paragraph (f)(1) to offer each employee employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. If a worker voluntarily abandons employment or is terminated for cause, the employer is not required to guarantee three-fourths of the work contract, as provided under Subsection 655.423(f). The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the employee while traveling from the employee’s origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). Daily transportation to and from the place(s) of employment will be provided by the employer if applicable. The employer will provide without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.423(k) Board, lodging, or other facilities the employer will offer to works or tends to assist workers in securing if applicable On the job training will be provided to the worker if applicable.
