Job Duties:	Generating leads. Meeting or exceeding sales goals. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. Preparing weekly and monthly reports. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. Understanding and promoting company programs. Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients. Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. Maintaining client records. Answering client question about credit terms, products, prices, and availability. Reporting sales status & coordinating with the supervisor to the best possible solutions when handling difficulties & complicated sales. Other related task.

Qualification Requirements:	Proven experience as Sales Associate or similar Role with no more than 12 months of previous related work experience. Understand and have enough knowledge about the retail sales process. Familiarity with the consumer behavior principles. Have knowledge in inventory stocking procedures. Must also have knowledge to basic accounting skills. Tracking records of achieving sales quotas. Able to convey information to people/customers cleary and simply. In a way that means things are understood and get done. Ability to perform in fast-paced environments. Must be High School/GED or related field and relevant certification/s is a plus. Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, evenings, nights and/ holidays. Other related tasks as assigned.

Comments:	S.T.A.R. MARIANAS, INC. dba S.T.a.R. WATER is looking to fill one (1) Retail Sales Person position in Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Work will be performed only at S.T.a.R. WATER, I-Liyang Street, Beach Road, South Garapan. This is a Full-Time, temporary position and we are looking to fill this job opening for employment from 10/02/2023-10/01/2024. Terms and Conditions of Employment: Workers will be paid no less than $8.92 per hour. Overtime will be available to the worker under this job offer. Overtime rate will 150% times the base rate. The employer will offer 35 hours of work per week depending on weather conditions. Each working day will be given 5(minimum) to 8 (maximum) regular hours depending on the weekly schedule. Work on weekends maybe required. The frequency with which the workers will be paid is Bi-Weekly through check. All taxes applicable by law will be deducted to paycheck. Daily transportation to and from the workplace will not be provided. All tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned will be provided to workers without charge. Board, lodging, or other facilities will not be offered to workers. If the workers complete 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the workers transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay the workers reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported as workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment will be equal to the most economical and reasonable carrier for the distance involved. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equals to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
