| Job Duties: | Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete such as floors, walls, sidewalks, roads or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools. Use and align forms and materials to manufacture precast concrete structures such as concrete wall panels, floor, roof, stair units, gutters, beams and columns. Patch voids and use saws to cut expansion joints. Color match concrete surface. Uses ladders and scaffolds to perform duties above ground level. Special wage rate: Work to be performed on projects where special rates are mandated (e.g. Davis-Bacon), will be paid no less than the indicated wage rate, but may be paid more where such special rates apply. |
