| Job Duties: | Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry problems of the buildings, equipment and facilities. Conducts corrective service and repair/restoration works where and when necessary. Operates and perform periodical checks/inspections to ensure the working conditions of all the equipment. Perform general cleaning of buildings or properties and maintenance of surrounding plants on the premise through cutting and mowing. |
