| Job Duties: | Cooking and serving meals, washing dishes and silverwares, cleaning inside and immediate outside areas. Sort clothing by type of materials and cleaning/laundry, iron in the suitable method properly and respectively. Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies. Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers. Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, and other work areas. Move and arrange furniture and turn mattresses. Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers. Dust and polish furniture and equipment. Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary. Prepare rooms for meetings and arrange decorations, media equipment, and furniture for social or business functions. Able to work early morning/ late night shift and Sunday/holiday. |

| Qualification Requirements: | HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA, ONE YEAR OF PREVIOUS WORK-RELATED SKILL, KNOWLEDGE, OR EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF OPERATING COMMERCIAL STEAMER(CLEANER). MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF HANDLING FOR DELICATE MATERIAL CLOTHES. MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF PRINCIPLES AND PROCESSES FOR PROVIDING CUSTOMER AND PERSONAL SERVICES. THIS INCLUDES CUSTOMER NEEDS ASSESSMENT, MEETING QUALITY STANDARDS FOR SERVICES, AND EVALUATION OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. KNOWLEDGE OF THE STRUCTURE AND CONTENT OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE INCLUDING THE MEANING AND SPELLING OF WORDS, RULES OF COMPOSITION, AND GRAMMAR. MUST HAVE SKILLS; SERVICE ORIENTATION ACTIVELY LOOKING FOR WAYS TO HELP PEOPLE. COORDINATION ADJUSTING ACTIONS IN RELATION TO OTHERS' ACTIONS. MUST HAVE ABILITIES; EXTENT FLEXIBILITY THE ABILITY TO BEND, STRETCH, TWIST, OR REACH WITH YOUR BODY, ARMS, AND/OR LEGS. TRUNK STRENGTH THE ABILITY TO USE YOUR ABDOMINAL AND LOWER BACK MUSCLES TO SUPPORT PART OF THE BODY REPEATEDLY OR CONTINUOUSLY OVER TIME WITHOUT 'GIVING OUT' OR FATIGUING. STAMINA THE ABILITY TO EXERT YOURSELF PHYSICALLY OVER LONG PERIODS OF TIME WITHOUT GETTING WINDED OR OUT OF BREATH. INFORMATION ORDERING THE ABILITY TO ARRANGE THINGS OR ACTIONS IN A CERTAIN ORDER OR PATTERN ACCORDING TO A SPECIFIC RULE OR SET OF RULES (E.G., PATTERNS OF NUMBERS, LETTERS, WORDS, PICTURES, MATHEMATICAL OPERATIONS). NEAR VISION THE ABILITY TO SEE DETAILS AT CLOSE RANGE (WITHIN A FEW FEET OF THE OBSERVER). ORAL COMPREHENSION THE ABILITY TO LISTEN TO AND UNDERSTAND INFORMATION AND IDEAS PRESENTED THROUGH SPOKEN WORDS AND SENTENCES.
