| Job Duties: | Prospective candidate must have the necessary skills to provide basic and advance janitorial services. Such basic services include sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning of employee lounge rooms, vacuuming and deodorizing carpeted areas, solution mixing, removal of trashes, proper disposal, following can liner replacement, cleaning of bathrooms (sanitize and disinfect). Apart from the advance cleaning, candidate must have the ability to operate a variety of equipments, must be able to administer all types of floor cleaning to include luxury floorings such as marble, slate, granite, and terrazzo, and must be able to provide carpet care such as soil and water extractions and other duties as may be prescribed by the janitorial provider. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Candidate must have a high school diploma or the equivalent of 3 months janitorial experience. Candidate must be proficient in the English language as many of our customers are primarily professionals from various firms and organizations.
