| Job Duties: | Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions. Perform general cleaning of buildings or properties includes trash collecting and drop to dumping area. Provide groundskeeping services, such as landscaping. Clean equipment, parts, or tools to repair or maintain them in good working order. Inspect mechanical equipment to locate damage, defects, or wear. Adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance. |
