Job Title: MAINTENANCE WORKERS
Job Duties: Duties may involve pipe fitting; HVAC maintenance; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. Perform general cleaning duties of buildings or properties. Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures. Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work. Assemble boilers at installation sites, using tools such as levels, plumb bobs, hammers, torches , or other hand tools. This position does not supervise the work of other employees. The work days will be from Monday thru Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm at 8 hours each day for a total of 40 hours a week.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Must be able to work for extended hours or workdays. Must be able to work with powered tools. Understand and implement building, fire, and OSHA safety requirements. Must have high school diploma and 24 months work experience.
