| Job Duties: | Maintain and repair machines, machinery, equipment repair or replace faulty electrical switches, sockets, and circuit breakers, check and diagnose problems, and find out the best way to correct them, and perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that the machine continues to run smoothly, Assembling and setting up machinery or equipment, these workers are also responsible for identifying when the work exceeds their skill level and requires the expertise of an electrician; a carpenter; heating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration technician or installer; or a plumber, pipefitter, or steam installer work. General maintenance and repair workers can repair or paint roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, walls, and other parts of buildings. They use ordinary hand tools and power tools such as screwdrivers, saws, drills, wrenches, and hammers to fix, replace or repair the equipment and parts of the building. |

| Comments: | 1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION. This job opportunity is for atemporary, full-time position, commencing on October 1, 2023 toSeptember 30, 2024 2) WORK HOURS. Employees hired under thisannouncement will work on full time employment at least 40 hours perweek. 3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offeredemployment for a total number of work hours equal to at least threefourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the firstworkday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment orthe advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, andends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in itsextensions, if any. 4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION ANDSUBSISTENCE. Upon completion of the work contract, or where theworker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay forworker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistenceback home or to the place the worker originally departed to work,except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employmentwith another employer or where the employer has appropriatelyreported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. 5)PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT.
