| Job Duties: | POSITION SUMMARY: Manage the daily operations of the Healing Stone Yu Yu Spa. Supervises Massage Therapists and cleaning and administrative staff. May assist in performing therapeutic massages as necessary. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1.Oversee activities of business directly related to providing services. 2.Manage daily operations and plan the use of materials and human resources. 3.Manage staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties. 4.Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. 5.Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement. 6.Determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. 7.Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency. 8.Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary. |

| Comments: | The work days will be Wednesday to Monday with Tuesday off. Work hours will be between 11:00AM to 11:00PM for 5 to 6 hours per day and minimum of 35 hours a week. Workers will be working one of three shifts per day (opening shift, mid shift or closing shift) Only US-workers will be considered.
