Job Title:	STORE MAINTENANCE
Job Duties:	Mainly maintain the normal operation of the store, regularly check whether the electrical appliances are running, repair refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, know how to disassemble and clean, make maintenance records, be able to use maintenance tools proficiently, repair generators, etc. The work content is maintenance, repair and maintenance.

Qualification Requirements:	AT LEAST CONTINUOUS 24 MONTHS OF CONTINUOUS MAINTENANCE WORK EXPERIENCE, MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE AND LIFT HEAVY OBJECTS. IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. PERFORM WORK INVOLVING SKILLS OR TWO OR MORE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS TO KEEP THE STRUCTURE OF A MACHINE, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, OR MECHANISM IN A MAINTENANCE STATE. MUST BE ABLE TO MAKE VARIABLE SCHEDULES, INCLUDING EARLY MORNING, EVENING AND/OR WEEKEND.

Comments:	1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION. This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position, commencing on October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024. 2) WORK HOURS. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment at least 40 hours per week. 3) THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. 4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION ANDSUBSISTENCE. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. 5) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT.
