Job Title: MAINTENANCE & REPAIR WORKER S GENERAL
Job Duties: Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting, boiler making, insulating, welding, machining, carpentry, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, installing, aligning and balancing new equipment and repairing buildings, floors or stairs and fire alarm system maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. In charge of repair and maintenance of physical structure of commercial buildings, install, replace and repair wiring and defective fire alarm devices and electrical swithches, elemnents and other fixtures construct, erect, install, ads and repair wooden and concrete structure and fixtures
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Must have general knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry and building and maintenance skills, ability to understand and follow safety procedures , must be able to read blueprints and engineering plumbing, structural and electrical layouts, with one year work experience

Comments: This job oportuity is a temporary full time position. Workdays: Monday to Saturday; Work hours 8 am to 3 pm. With this position the employer also offers three fourth guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655 423 (f) wherein three fourths is defined as an offer to workers full time employment for a total number of work equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of each 12 week period or week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days Transportation and Subsistence Costss. If the Employee completes 50% of the work contract the Employer will provide or reimburse the workers transportation and susbsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and Subsistence Costs will be paid by the Employer if the Employee complates work period covered by the work contract or when the worker dismissed earlier.
