| Job Duties: | Preparation of all food served by the hotel - Quality control of all food served by the hotel, including observation, tasting, smelling, piercing, and other related methods to ensure superior taste, appearance and safety - Receipt and management of supplies and facility maintenance - Managing supplies inventory and submitting purchase/usage reports - Maintaining the responsible areas in a clean and sanitary condition - Ordering, inspecting and inventory management of Food ingredients and supplies - Preparation of food orders and submitted by F & B staff - Assisting in the restaurant outlet and function food set-ups - Other related kitchen / food preparation duties - Other duties as instructed by the supervisor, Team Manager or other hotel management. |
