Job Title: Maintenance Worker
Job Duties: Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment. Duties may involve pipe fitting; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. Order parts, supplies, or equipment from catalogs or suppliers. Work days are from Monday thru Friday from 7:30AM-4:30PM for 8 hours a day for a total of 40 hours per week.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures. Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers. Knowledge of general carpentry and repair. Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
