| Job Duties: | Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment or the structure of the building in good condition. Duties may involve plumbing works, aircon maintenance, welding, carpentry, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, installing and balancing new equipment and repairing building floors, ceiling/roof or stairs. Do other related duties as may be assigned. |
