Job Duties: | Inspect, count, receive, unload, and transport iShop merchandise from the employer's mail box/USPS or from the employer's office and deliver to either the iShop store or employer's office. Match carton counts to packing slips, invoices or other documents. Responsible for ensuring that the receiving staff check in, scan, and/or enter items into inventory management system within same day of delivery. Inspect boxes for visual damages. Ensure the team follows up on credit requests with shipping company or vendor. Notify back office department regarding damages, short shipped or delayed/missing products. Maintain receiving logs. Pack and ship products to other locations as requested by the corporate offices. Communicate with vendors in regards to miss-shipped or substituted items to be returned. Close out all receiving documents on a daily basis. Coordinate closely with the Inventory Assistant and Stock Clerk on all orders and items ready for pick-up/delivery. Prepare and submit reports as requested. Maintain safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. |

Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma or a GED. Prior experience in receiving, delivery, or similar work experience in the Retail industry is an advantage. Must be able to lift at least 15 pound items and carry it for at least 100 yards with or without using a trolley. Must be able to drive Company vehicles safely through various delivery routes. |
