Job Duties: | Supervise 1 Office Staff, 1 Customer Service Supervisor, and 1 Office Support Staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors or problems. Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures. Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems or in resolving escalated complaints or disputes. Review records or reports pertaining to activities such as production, payroll, or shipping to verify details, monitor work activities, or evaluate performance. Discuss job performance problems with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on resolving problems. Prepare and issue work schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for office or administrative staff. Recruit, interview, and select employees. Interpret and communicate work procedures and company policies to staff. Evaluate employees' job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend appropriate personnel action. Train or instruct employees in job duties or company policies or arrange for training to be provided. Research, compile, and prepare reports, manuals, correspondence, or other information required by management or governmental agencies. Implement corporate or departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management. Compute figures such as balances, totals, or commissions. Coordinate activities with other supervisory personnel or with other work units or departments. Participate in the work of subordinates to facilitate productivity or to overcome difficult aspects of work. Make recommendations to management concerning such issues as staffing decisions or procedural changes. Develop or update procedures, policies, or standards. Maintain records pertaining to inventory, personnel, orders, supplies, or machine maintenance. Consult with managers or other personnel to resolve problems in areas such as equipment performance, output quality, or work schedules. Develop work schedules according to budgets and workloads. Analyze financial activities of establishments or departments and provide input into budget planning and preparation processes. Design, implement, or evaluate staff training and development programs, customer service initiatives, or performance measurement criteria. Keep informed of provisions of labor-management agreements and their effects on departmental operations. Discuss work problems or grievances with union representatives. Coordinate or perform activities associated with shipping, receiving, distribution, or transportation. Monitor inventory levels and requisition or purchase supplies as needed. Plan for or coordinate office services, such as equipment or supply acquisition or organization, disposal of assets, relocation, parking, maintenance, or security services. |

Qualification Requirements: | Associates Degree in Business with at least 24 months of previous work-related skill, knowledge, and experience. Knowledge in Adobe Acrobat/Reader; and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming. Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and workplace terminology. Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. |

Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2024. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
