| Job Duties: | Maintain and repair machines, machinery, equipment repair or replace faulty electrical switches, sockets, and circuit breakers, check and diagnose problems, and find out the best way to correct them, and perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that the machine continues to run smoothly, Assembling and setting up machinery or equipment, these workers are also responsible for identifying when the work exceeds their skill level and requires the expertise of an electrician; a carpenter; heating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration technician or installer; or a plumber, pipefitter, or steam installer work. General maintenance and repair workers can repair or paint roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, walls, and other parts of buildings. They use ordinary hand tools and power tools such as screwdrivers, saws, drills, wrenches, and hammers to fix, replace or repair the equipment and parts of the building. |

| Comments: | 1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION. This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position, commencing on October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024 2)WORK HOURS. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment at least 40 hours per week. 3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE.Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. 4)INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE. Uponcompletion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. 5) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT.
