| Job Duties: | Perform general repair and maintenance of machines, mechanical equipment, and buildings and work on plumbing, carpentry, masonry, electrical, and air-conditioning and heating systems. Use of power tools and basic carpentry hands to Build partitions, make plasters or drywall repairs, windows, woodworks, repair of doors , floor and other parts of building structures. Fix or paint roofs, doors, walls and other parts of building structures. Perform other maintenance duties such as mowing and trimming lawns, replacing /installing light fixtures, air conditioning. Knowledge on how to operate Generator. Maintain and repair specialized equipment and machinery found in cafeterias, laundries, hospitals, stores, offices, and factories and do other related maintenance and repair jobs. |

| Qualification Requirements: | HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE OR EQUIVALENT WITH AT LEAST 24 MONTHS OF CONTINUED EXPERIENCE. KNOWLEDGEABLE IN GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORK INCLUDING ELECTRICAL, CARPENTRY, MASONRY AND PLUMBING REPAIRS. KNOWLEDGE ON AIRCONDITIONING TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIR. KNOWLEDGEABLE ON HOW TO OPERATE GENERATOR. KNOWLEDGEABLE IN OTHER MAINTENANCE DUTIES SUCH AS MOWING AND TRIMMING LAWNS. REPLACING LIGHT BULBS. MAINTAIN CLEANNESS BY SWIPING THE GROUND, PARKING LOTS AND WALKWAYS. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2023- September 30,2024 THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract , beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
