Job Title: Maintenance Workers
Job Duties: Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment. Duties may involve pipe fitting; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. Order parts, supplies, or equipment from catalogs or suppliers.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: High school diploma/GED required. Must have 24 months related work experience. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures. Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers. Knowledge of general carpentry and repair. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Must be able to work for extended days or hours.

Comments: This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract.
