| Job Duties: | Follows all generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP); Prepare, examine or analyze records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards; Prepares detailed revenue and sales reports each month and reports to management regarding the financial health of the medical clinic; Prepare and reconcile monthly general ledger for all general billing and patient accounts; Analyze clinic operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice to management; Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumption underlying budget forecasts; Prepares and/or supervise the preparation and approves payroll reports to ensure proper federal and state tax and benefit withholding; Prepares all monthly and quarterly tax reports for filing with proper tax authorities; Reconciles bank account statements and adjust journal entries each month; Reconciles monthly merchant statements; Prepares and review the preparation of all relevant financial statements and documents and reporting for annual tax filings; Reviews and reconciles all financial summary reports from the day before, compiles reports in preparation for mid-month financial reporting to management; Performs other related duties as assigned. |
