| Job Duties: | Fill customer's mail and telephone orders from stored merchandise in accordance with specifications on sales slips or order forms. Duties include computing prices of items, completing order receipts, keeping records of incoming and out-going orders. Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves. Read orders to ascertain catalog numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise. Review orders completeness according to reporting procedures and forward incomplete orders for further processing. Inform customers by mail or telephone of order information, such as unit prices, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays. Obtain customer's names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased, and enter this information on order forms. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Applicant must have 12 months of working with retail buyers. Have a strong command and understanding of product buying, marketing, promotions, and advertising. Must be computer literate and experienced in the retail industry inventory system such as Odoo ERP software. Applicant will be dealing with numerous suppliers therefore the applicant must have a good command of the English language in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension for business environment. Applicant must be fluent in multi-lingual languages in Japanese, Chinese and Korean language. Applicant must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. |
