OPERATES GROUND MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT AND HAND TOOLS, SUCH AS SHOVELS, RAKES, PRUNING SAWS,SAW HEDGE OR BRUSH TRIMMERS OR AXES AND MAINTAIN EQUIPMENT TO ENSURE PROPER FUNCTIONING. WATER LAWNS, TREES, OR PLANTS USING PORTABLE SPRINKLER SYSTEMS, HOSES, OR WATERING CANS. PRUNE OR TRIM TREES, BUSHES, SHRUBS OR HEDGES USING SHEARS, PRUNERS, OR BUSH CUTTERS. CARE FOR ESTABLISHED LAWNS BY MULCHING, AERATING, WEEDING, GRUBBING, REMOVE THATCH OR TRIMMING OR EDGING AROUND FLOWER BEDS, WALKS OR WALLS. FOLLOW PLANNED LANDSCAPING DESIGNS TO DETERMINE WHERE TO LAY SOD, SOW GRASS OR PLANT FLOWERS OR FOLIAGE. PLANT SEEDS, BULBS, FOILAGE, FLOWERING PLANTS, GRASS, GROUND COVERS, TREES OR SHRUBS AND APPLY MUCH FOR PROTECTION USING GARDENING TOOLS AND TO IMPROVE LANDSCAPE APPEARANCE. PROVIDE PROPER UPKEEP OF SIDEWALKS, DRIVEWAYS, PARKING LOTS GROUND FEATURES. CULTIVATE LAWNS AND GARDENS. | Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Anticipated schedule of work hours is 7:00am to 2:00pm. Workers are offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday of employment up to the expiration of contract. Workers will be provided transportation & subsistence while traveling from the worker's origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation & subsistence to the point of hire at the conclusion of the job opportunity.
