Job Title: SLOT SHIFT MANAGER
Job Duties: Perform all duties in accordance with Company policies. Supervise slot attendants and slot supervisors and monitor the overall integrity of the daily slot operations. Coordinate activities of workers in assigned gambling areas. May circulate, observe operations, and ensure that stations and games are covered for each shift. May verify and pay off jackpots. May reset slot machines after payoffs and make adjustments to slot machines or recommend removal of slot machines for repair. Monitors and controls daily compliance of Title 31 and all pertinent gaming requirements. Maintains appropriate staffing levels in the Slots Department, by interviewing, selecting, training, Scheduling, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and terminating employees, as needed. Reviews all daily activity reports and prepares reports for senior management. Regularly inspects the premises, identifying potential safety or security hazards, and reporting same to the appropriate individual or entity, for proper resolution. Held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports. Makes suggestions and recommendations, as appropriate, with regard to possible changes in the policies and procedures of the slot department, with the protection of casino assets in mind. Closely monitor, analyze performance of company machines on a daily weekly and monthly routine and execute appropriate actions to upgrade or replace necessary games/machines and configuration. Ensure strict compliance on all policies, rules & regulations set by Government regulator. Responsible for organizing, planning and implementation of promotional events. Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with the code of conduct and all gaming regulations. Reports directly to the Casino Operations Manager and will perform all related duties assigned.

Qualification Requirements: High School graduate/GED with 1 month training and 12 months experience. Ability to provide professional assistance to technical staff in logistic planning and review on product selections, machines positioning, commissioning, CMS slot management system & jackpots configuration

Comments: TThree-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least threefourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.  Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
