| Job Duties: | Maintain the safety of the guests in Wave Jungle and World Resort beachfront and performing rescue service to distressed guests, when necessary. Tending injuries occurring within the hotel facilities, including providing First Aid/ CPR. Managing and maintaining supplies and facilities used by team. Cleaning, maintaining, and repairing equipment used by the team. Receiving and resolving guest’s complaints. Operating participatory entertainment with the Water Park and hotel guests. Operating sporting activities offered by the hotel, game room operations and maintenance. Environmental cleanup in the Wave Jungle, beachfront area (cleaning/raking the sand, removing dead sea grass, cleaning beach debris). Other duties as instructed by the supervisor, Team Manager or other hotel management. |
