Job Duties: | Prepare, season, and cook Filipino dishes according to the menu in restaurant such as Arrozcaldo, Sopas, Spaghetti, Pancit, Lumpia Shanghai, Cassava cake, Kutsinta, Puto, Buko Pie, Buchi, and breakfast bento. Also assigned to prepare and cook lunch bento such as Pinakbet, Chopsuey, Tortang Talong, Sinigang, Monggo, Pork Nilaga, Pork Caldereta, Tinolang Manok, Fried Chicken, Pork Steak, Picadillo, Calamari and Fried fishes. Inspect and clean food preparation are as, such as equipments and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking the quality, keeping track of old and new items, an d rotating stock. Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature. Prepare and replenish ingredients/stocks. Monitor stocks for replenishment. Mop and clean kitchen area daily. Clean utensils after used. Clean food storages such as refrigerator, freezer and cabinets to ensure safe and sanitary practices. Dependable and be able to work early morning shift (work starts at 3am). |
