Job Duties: | Provide routine individualized healthcare such as changing bandages and dressing wounds, and applying topical medications to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities at the patient's home or in a care facility. Monitor or report changes in health status. Maintain hourly records of patient care, condition, progress or problems and to report and discuss with visiting U.S. Registered Nurses or case manager. Check patient's pulse, temperature, blood pressure, oxygen level and respiration on hourly basis. Perform nebulization, suctioning of secretions and enteral feedings via peg tube. Provide patient with help moving in and out of bed, baths, wheelchairs and with dressing and grooming. Care for patients by changing bed linens, cleaning or assisting with their personal care. Entertain, converse with or read aloud to patients to keep them mentally healthy and alert. Administer prescribed medications under the written direction of Physician or as directed by U.S. Registered Nurses and ensure patient takes his/her medicines. Direct patient in simple prescribed exercises or in the use of artificial limbs. Clean and sanitize patient rooms,bathrooms, examination rooms and other patient areas |

Comments: | Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment.
