Job Duties: | 1. Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports. 2. To assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting. 3. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements and procedural standards. 4. Report to management regarding the finances of the establishment. 5. Develop, maintain and analyze the budget. 6. Preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs develop, implement, modify document recordkeeping and account system. making use of current computer technology. 7. Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping work activities. 8. Prepares a full range of financial reports, including specialized or non-standard reports. 9. May serve as lead workers and/or supervise lower-level staff in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flows. 11. Timely production of internal financial reports, cash management, and treasury duties. 12. Monthly management reporting and analysis. 13. Prepares checks and another form of payment and ensures that funds are available to support disbursements. 14. Verified if purchases of goods and services are authorized, valid, and properly documented. 15. Records and Summarizes all financial transactions in a timely standardized and consistent manner and reconciles subsidiary and general ledger balances. 16. Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time preparation and analysis of monthly and year-end accounts schedule. |

Qualification Requirements: | 1. Holder of a B.S. Accountancy degree. 2. With a minimum of 48 months of continuous working experience. 3. Knowledgeable in the application of generally accepted accounting principles and advice and implementing a system of general accounting including preparation of financial statements, accounts payable, receivables, payroll, bank reconciliation, CNMI local and federal tax interpretation. 4. Analysis of financial reports, review, and audit of financial records and other related duties. 5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Adobe, PowerPoint, ETC. 6. Applications are a must familiarity and knowledge of Peachtree and QuickBooks accounting. 7. Must be trustworthy and able to work under time pressure. 8. Must work flexible hours and can work independently without supervision. |

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. |
