| Job Duties: | Establishes, monitors, and carries out preventive maintenance procedure and schedule for buildings, equipment and grounds. Perform work involving repair of structure of an establishment in repair such as minor painting, install flooring, walls, roofs, windows, doors and stairs, installing switches, replacing bulbs. Collect and remove garbage recyclable materials and ensures the safe disposal of hazardous waste. Perform minor gardening and lawn maintenance. |
