| Job Duties: | Maintenance and repair of all machineries and equipment including freezer and refrigeration systems, centralized, split and window type air conditioning units, Rainer, Reed & Chabco ovens, generator set with 300kw capacity, ice machines, food warmers, display cases, production/catering equipment & utensils, and other equipment. Troubleshooting and repair of all company’s electrical & mechanical systems. Install new equipment and trains employees on how to operate. Does routine preventive maintenance, makes reports and keep records of all maintenance performed. Requests purchase orders for all materials needed to perform repairs, maintenance and installation duties. Perform all other related duties as assigned. |
