Job Title: Nursing Assistant
Job Duties: Performs various patient care activities and related services under the direction of the professional staff. Answer patient call signals, signal lights, bells, or intercom systems to determine patients' needs. Measure and record food and liquid intake or urinary and fecal output, reporting changes to medical or nursing staff. Provide physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities, such as getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, using the toilet, standing, walking, or exercising. Document or otherwise report observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses. Remind patients to take medications or nutritional supplements. Review patients' dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure patient receives appropriate diet. Undress, wash, and dress patients who are unable to do so for themselves. Observe or examine patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention, such as bruises, open wounds, or blood in urine.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Job requires 6 months on the job training and 12 months work experience. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Must be able to regularly record important information about the patient. Must be able to communicate with other members on health care team, such as doctors and nurses along with patients in her/his care. With Associate's Degree in Nursing or related study.

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION. This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position, commencing on November 01, 2023 to October 31, 2024 (2) WORK HOURS. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment at least thirty-five (35) hours per week. (3) THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the work days of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE. The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. (6) RECRUITMENT INFORMATION.
