| Job Duties: | Manage construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner. Do appraisal of the impact and feasibility assessment, preliminary layout and up to the final engineering designs. Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data such as maps, reports, tests, drawings, and other. Prepare architectural drawings and schematic designs based on project requirements. Determine budget, project schedules, and scope of work and deploy appropriate staff. Coordinate and manage the daily activities of various construction projects and ensure project’s completion on deadlines. Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done including work of all subcontractors. Prepare and implement project plans and make progress reports. Address arising construction issues and make recommendations, guidance, or presenting alternative solutions to avoid cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time. Collaborate and interact with clients, construction teams, architects, project developers and consultants. Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required. Ensure compliance with federal & state government regulations and ordinances. Prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and respond to technical questions. Perform other related tasks as assign from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering course (foreign equivalent accepted). 24-months experience in Civil Engineering or other related Engineering position. Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D and other Engineering software. Adept in US & CNMI environmental & structural regulatory compliances. |
