Job Duties: | Receive and fill telephone orders for the auto parts. Mark, price and store auto parts in stockroom according to prearranged systems. Inspect shipments to ensure correct order fulfillment. Examines incoming shipments of auto parts, rejects damaged items, records shortages and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Maintain the physical inventory by keeping stock 1) in the proper location 2) in the sale-able condition, and 3) free of safety hazards. Assists in other areas of the Parts Department as needed. Pay taxes and does other related duties as assigned from time to time. |

Qualification Requirements: | 12 MONTHS PREVIOUS WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE AS A PARTS RECEIVING CLERK. HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA/GED REQUIRED. MUST HAVE BASIC COMPUTER SKILLS (MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN MICROSOFT EXCEL). MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH DUTIES, WORK SCHEDULE AND BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY. MUST HAVE BASIC AUTOMOTIVE KNOWLEDGE. MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 30-50 LBS. MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER (OVER THE PHONE, EMAIL AND IN PERSON). APPLICANTS MUST PASS SKILLED TEST DURING APPLICATION PROCESS. Comments: | The place of employment will be at Oleai, Saipan. Applicants will be reasonably expected to reside within the area of the place of employment to perform the services or labor as advertised. Overtime hours will be applicable at 1.5 x the rate indicated on the JVA. The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck as required by law, as well as other deductions for selected employee benefits, including health, vision, dental, life insurance and 401 (K) subject to each company’s conditions. The employer guarantees under paragraph (f)(1) to offer each employee employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. If a worker voluntarily abandons employment or is terminated for cause, the employer is not required to guarantee three-fourths of the work contract, as provided under Subsection 655.423(f). The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the employee while traveling from the employee’s origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). Daily transportation to and from the place(s) of employment will be provided by the employer if applicable. The employer will provide without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.423(k) Board, lodging, or other facilities the employer will offer to works or tends to assist workers in securing if applicable On the job training will be provided to the worker if applicable.
