Job Title: Customer Service Care
Job Duties: Make dining and other reservations for patrons, and obtain tickets for events. Provide information about local features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations. Make travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours. Receive, store, and deliver luggage and mail. Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed. Pick up and deliver items, or run errands for guests. Arrange for the replacement of items lost by travelers. Arrange for interpreters or translators when patrons require such services. Provide business services for guests, such as sending or receiving faxes or shipping packages. Plan special events, parties, or meetings. Arrange childcare services for guests. Clean and tidy hotel lounge. Provide food and beverage services to guests

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Three-Fourths Guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. Miscellaneous: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
