| Job Duties: | Assist the General Manager in the supervision of business establishment to ensure the restaurant and stores and commercial space rental in efficient and profitable operations such as: Work closely with the personnel in preparation and processing of reservation, greets and answer customer inquiry and answer patrons complaints and resolves problems. Plan dining room and reservation operations, allocate funds, authorize expenditures and assist to evaluate personnel. Delegate authority and assign responsibilities to Supervisors and other personnel, work shift schedule for workers and observe performance to establish smooth operating procedures. Assist in doing daily inventory of foods,thoroughly versed (familiar) with the restaurant menus and merchandise and assets of the business. Check menu of the day. Inspect dining area, kitchen, reservation area, public access area and store and outside grounds for cleanliness in appearance. Prepare advertisement campaign of the restaurant and store to attract customers. Management of rental clients payments, building maintenance and supervise. May review financial transactions and monitor budget limitation. Shall prepare and present written and oral reports on the company's financial operation status to the General Manager. May hire and review applicants or terminate employees and performed other related duties as required or as assigned. Must speak and write Japanese & English. |
