Job Title: Food & Beverage Service Trainer
Job Duties: • Train all new and existing food & beverage hires, as per company standards. • Evaluate and verify understanding of all food & beverage employees on the service standards. • Assist the F&B Department in developing Departmental Operations and Training modules, presentations, and hands-on restaurant operations. • Develop within the F&B Department all possible means and programs in order to facilitate work related procedures and upgrade the performance standards. • Develop measurements to ensure understanding and follow up for compliance. • Prepare and update within the Department, all training records for each employee, as well as career paths and development charts. • Assist in creating reports, forms, training needs analysis and assessments. • Conduct and track results of training and feedback. Evaluate the performance of all the frontline staff, as well as the areas for improvement needed in the restaurant operations. • Conduct classroom training as well as on-the-floor coaching, during operations – must be able to see and fill in the gaps. • Establish within the Department measurements to check adherence to the set service standards. • To assess areas of improvement, based on the measurements done and Mystery Guest Audits, and prepare training plan to achieve and maintain a high standard of Guest Service levels at all times.

Qualification Requirements: High School Diploma. 12 months of work experience. Industry experience and background in Food & Beverage Service Operations and Management Experience in fine dining restaurants and upscale casual dining restaurants in independent restaurant groups and/or luxury hotels in training, supervising and managing. Able to use communication and organizational skills to coordinate, supervise and train others to accomplish goals.

This a temporary, full-time position of at least 35 hours per work week with employment period beginning December 15, 2023 to December 14, 2024. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE for Employment offered is for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any (20 CFR 655.423(f)). Frequency of pay: Bi-weekly, subjected to mandatory payroll tax deduction required by law (20 CFR 655.423(h). Transportation and subsistence will be provided to the worker from the place of origin to the place of employment.
