Job Title: Maids and Housekeeping Cleaners
Job Duties: COMPLETE ROUTINE CLEANING TASKS IN ASSIGNED HOME AREAS WITH A VARIETY OF CHEMICALS, DISINFECTANTS, AND MACHINES. COLLECT DIRTY AND USED CLOTHES FOR SCHEDULED LAUNDRY. EMPTY WASTE BINS, AND DISPOSE OF ALL TRASH AND WASTE ITEMS FROM ROOMS. COLLECT AND CLEAN DISHES AFTER EACH MEAL. MAINTAIN KITCHEN AND BATHROOM CLEANLINESS AFTER USE. DUST WINDOW BLINDS, AND REARRANGE DRAPERIES TO THEIR ORIGINAL PLACEMENTS. CLEAN RUGS AND CARPETS, UPHOLSTERY, CURTAINS AND DRAPERIES USING SPECIFIED VACUUM CLEANERS AND SHAMPOOERS. SWEEP, MOP AND POLISH NON-CARPETED FLOORS. CLEAN KITCHEN EQUIPMENT AFTER USE SUCH AS OVENS, STOVES, BLENDERS, ETC. WASH SOILED CLOTHES AND LINENS. WASH, FOLD, AND STOCK TOWELS. SCRUB STRAINS, MOLD, AND MILDEW FROM SURFACES. WIPE DOWN APPLIANCES AND POLISH SILVERS, STOCK KITCHEN WITH GROCERIES AND CONDIMENTS. RESTOCK HOUSE WITH CLEANING SUPPLIES. DISINFECT EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES. TURN MATTRESSES, PLUMP PILLOWS, AND CHANGE CUSHIONS. PERFORM GENERAL CLEANING AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK.

Qualification Requirements: AT LEAST THREE (3) MONTHS EXPERIENCE TO TWO (2) OR LESS EMPLOYERS. PHYSICALLY ABLE TO PERFORM THEIR DUTIES. MUST MEET PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS LIFTING OBJECTS OF AT LEAST 25 LBS.; UP TO 50 LBS. WITH HELP OF A HAND TRUCK OR LIMITED ASSISTANCE; BENDING AND STANDING FOR DURATION OF SHIFT. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH HOUSEHOLD PETS. MUST KNOW HOW TO OPERATE CLEANING EQUIPMENT SUCH AS CARPET SHAMPOOERS, CARPET STEAMERS, CLOTHES WASHER AND DRYER, IRONING MACHINE OR PRESSES, FLOOR POLISHERS, AND VACUUM CLEANERS. AS WELL AS THE ABILITY TO WORK WITH MINIMAL SUPERVISION. ABLE TO WORK DURING WEEKENDS OR NIGHT SHIFTS WHEN NEEDED. THE EMPLOYER REQUIRES POST-OFFER PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING TEST AND RANDOM DRUG TESTING WHICH IS TO BE APPLIED EQUALLY TO BOTH U.S. WORKERS AND CW-1 WORKERS.TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL DIPLOMA ARE NOT REQUIRED

Comments: EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position beginning March 01, 2024 and ending February 28, 2025. WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment of at least thirty-five (35) hours per week. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT: Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job duties.
