Job Duties: A Maintenance and repair worker is responsible for keeping company all equipments and facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. A Maintenance and repair worker will usually be required to perform a wide range of repair tasks around company's operation. Some other tasks a Maintenance worker may be called upon to do include: Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repair. Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs Maintain all the vehicles and repair mirner problem, include air condition.

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
