| Job Duties: | Responsible in keeping buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs. Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs. Collect and dispose of trash. Work Days will be from Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm for a total of 35 hours per week. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have 12 months experience. Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies. Able to use basic cleaning equipment. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets. Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing and walking for most of the shift, bending, climbing, and lifting at least 25 pounds. |
